Population aging imposes the need for care models that move beyond the biomedical paradigm and incorporate social, educational, and relational dimensions. This study aimed to analyze how intergenerational relationships are configured in the promotion of care for older people in their territory. It is an exploratory study, with a qualitative approach and a descriptive nature. It was developed through the systematization of nine experience reports, collected between October 2025 and May 2026 through a public call on social media. The data were organized and interpreted through a thematic approach. The interpretation linked the reports to the literature on aging, intergenerationality, and the permanence of older people in their territory, a perspective known as aging in place. The experiences, carried out in the states of Minas Gerais, São Paulo, and Rio Grande do Sul, were grouped into three axes: education, dialogue, and learning between generations; coexistence, protagonism, and social participation; and care, support networks, and training for dignified aging. The results showed that these relationships foster dialogue, reciprocity, the appreciation of life histories, social participation, and the confrontation of ageism. It is concluded that intergenerationality acquires greater relevance when it goes beyond the simultaneous presence of people of different ages. It takes shape in opportunities for shared learning, participation, and the recognition of older people as subjects of rights, contributing to more dignified aging in the territory.Downloads
