Inclusion Policy

Sítio Novo Magazine aligns itself with the principles of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) to ensure ethical, inclusive, and representative editorial practices. To this end, it is committed to the following actions:

I – considering gender balance, institutional plurality, and regional diversity in the composition of the editorial team;

II – encourage submissions by researchers from different regions of the country, taking into account the multiplicity of cultural and institutional contexts;

III – make the VLibras suite available to enable the translation of content into Libras;

IV – make available an online tool that enables the conversion of texts into audio, so that they are accessible to people with visual impairments;

V – encourage the submission of articles that address issues related to the inclusion and representation of people with disabilities (PwD);

VI – make available, on the journal's website, informational material for the correct use of terms related to people with disabilities (PwD).
