Scientific Editorial Committee

From the Scientific Editorial Committee

The Scientific Editorial Committee is a group of expert reviewers with doctoral degrees who are responsible for evaluating the papers submitted to the journal.

The Scientific Editorial Committee is responsible for evaluating, within the stipulated deadlines, the papers submitted to the journal for analysis.

The evaluation of papers by the members of the Scientific Editorial Committee must be based on the criteria listed in the evaluation form, in addition to a qualitative analysis that should point out strengths and weaknesses and suggestions for improvement, as well as the following aspects:

a) level of contribution of the research;

b) scientific quality;

c) development of the argument;

d) textual organization; and

e) social contribution of the theme.

Exceptionally, in cases where the Scientific Editorial Committee does not meet the deadline set by the Editorial Board, editor-in-chief, member of the editorial board, or assistant editor, ad hoc reviewers with a minimum of a master's degree may be invited to review the works submitted to the journal.
