Social and Cultural Commitment

As a scientific journal, Revista Sítio Novo is committed to social and cultural issues, which is why it constantly seeks to expand the reach of its publications and encourage submissions from a greater number of researchers from different fields of knowledge, thus highlighting its interdisciplinary nature. To this end, it undertakes to:

I – encourage the submission of articles that address issues and point to possible paths for social, economic, and cultural development;

II – encourage the submission of articles that discuss policies promoting the social, economic, and cultural inclusion of people with disabilities;

III – encourage the submission of articles that deal with different and converging cultural fields, such as the visual arts, literature, theater, and cinema;

IV – promote the publicity, especially on social networks, of published articles, in order to encourage their reading by a non-academic audience, thus disseminating their scientific and cultural issues and discussions beyond the institutional sphere.
