This study analyzes the convergence of global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices in Social Housing (SH) with the maturity levels defined by the Recommended Practice ABNT PR 2030 (2024). A systematic literature review was conducted following the PRISMA 2020 protocol. The literature search was performed across the Scopus, Web of Science, and SciELO databases, yielding 101 articles filtered and stratified using the weight of evidence technique. The results indicate that recent research has predominantly focused on the strategic and transformative levels of the standard. In this context, a paradigm shift is observed from an exclusive focus on eco-efficiency toward integrated approaches, including multi-criteria decision models, data governance, and the integration of emerging technologies such as digital twins and artificial intelligence. This study concludes that the social housing sector is progressing from cost-driven models to comprehensive life-cycle management, where the governance axis serves as an enabler of both financial sustainability and spatial justice, although the inclusive social dimension remains a maturity frontier yet to be consolidated in practice.Downloads
